“Due to the lenient punishment imposed on Ilya Taigunshoev and Zafar Razokov, the state prosecutor of the Elektrostal prosecutor’s office filed an appeal against the court’s verdict,” the press service reported.
Earlier, a court in Elektrostal sentenced two men who tried to scalp a 19-year-old young man because of his hairstyle to 3.5 years in a general regime colony.
In July 2023, a criminal case was opened in Elektrostal for hooliganism and bodily harm after two men attacked a young man because of his green hair and tried to scalp him.
