Gunma Meiwa-cho Tone River Flooding dangerous water level October 13th at 0:42
According to the Tonegawa upstream river office of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, the flooding water level was exceeded at the Tonegawa riverside observation station in Meiwa-cho, Gunma Prefecture.
Gunma Prefecture is calling for strict alerts as the risk of flooding increases.
