Tochigi Utsunomiya and Kami-Mikawacho Tagawa to flood danger water level October 12th 20:07
According to Tochigi Prefecture, around 7:10 pm, Tagawa water level was 3 meters 71 centimeters at the Higashibashi Observatory in Utsunomiya City, and water level was 3 meters 55 centimeters at the Meijibashi Observatory in Kamimikawa Town. The flood risk exceeded the “flooding dangerous water level”.
