According to Kanagawa Prefecture, the Sanno River flowing through Odawara City exceeded the danger level of flooding at around 0:50 pm at Toyobashi Observatory in the city.
Kanagawa Prefecture is calling for strict vigilance as the risk of flooding is increasing.
