According to Gunma Prefecture, the Ino River flowing through Takasaki City has exceeded the “flooding dangerous water level” at Motoshima Nao Observatory in Motoshimana Town, Takasaki City.
Gunma Prefecture is calling for strict alerts as the risk of flooding has increased.
