Gunma Takasaki 18:43 on October 12 exceeding the flood risk level in the Ino River
According to Gunma Prefecture, the Ino River flowing through Takasaki City exceeded the “flooding dangerous water level” at 5:50 pm at the Motoshima Nao Observatory in Motoshimana Town, Takasaki City.
Gunma Prefecture is calling for strict alerts as the risk of flooding has increased.
