According to Nara Prefecture, the Niugawa River, which flows through Shimoichi-cho, etc., has reached the “flooding dangerous water level” at the Kaibara Observatory in Shimoichi-machi.
Nara Prefecture is calling for strict alerts by issuing “inundation risk information” at 3:50 pm as the risk of flooding is increasing.
