Gunma Ota Overflowing dangerous water level at the Kakegawa River Oct. 12 18:41
According to Gunma Prefecture, the snake river flowing through Ota City exceeded the “flooding dangerous water level” at 6:00 pm, which could cause flooding at the Hosoya Observatory in Ota City.
Gunma Prefecture is calling for strict alerts as the risk of flooding has increased.
