According to Sendai City, the observation station upstream of the Shichikita River that flows through Izumi Ward, Sendai City, exceeded the “flooding dangerous water level” where there was a risk of flooding before 9:00 pm.
Sendai City is calling for strict vigilance as the risk of flooding is increasing.
