Niigata Tsunami-cho Flooding in the Shinano River October 13th 9:51
According to Niigata Prefecture, it was confirmed that the Shinano River was flooded over the embankment at around 7:20 am near Kamiji Temple in Tsunan Town.
Niigata Prefecture has called for the highest level of alerts, such as ensuring the safety of flooding information, which is the highest level among the 5 levels of alerts.
