According to Gunma Prefecture, the Takada River flowing through Tomioka City exceeded the “flooding risk level” at Shimotakada Observatory in Myogi-cho, Tomioka City, where there is a risk of flooding.
Gunma Prefecture is calling for strict alerts as the risk of flooding has increased.
