According to Yamagata Prefecture, due to the heavy rain caused by the typhoon, the Yashiro River flowing through the prefecture exceeded the “flooding dangerous water level” at around 9 pm on the 12th at the Nakabashi Observatory in Takatsuki Town.
Yamagata Prefecture is calling for strict vigilance as the risk of flooding is increasing.
