Gunma Ota Flooding in Ishida River October 13th 1:08
According to Gunma Prefecture and the Maebashi Local Meteorological Observatory, around midnight on the 13th, the Ishida River flowing in the city near Ota City Shimodajima was flooded.
The prefecture and meteorological observatory are calling for the highest priority on ensuring safety based on information from local governments.
