According to Gunma Prefecture, the snake river flowing through Ota City exceeded the “flooding dangerous water level” at the Hosoya Observatory in Ota City, where there is a risk of flooding.
Gunma Prefecture is calling for strict alerts as the risk of flooding has increased.
