Gunma Takasaki Yodo River to flood danger level October 12 22:05
According to Gunma Prefecture, the Yodo River flowing through Takasaki City exceeded the “flooding dangerous water level” at 9:40 pm, which could cause flooding at the Takamatsu Water Level Observatory in Takasaki City.
Gunma Prefecture is calling for strict alerts as the risk of flooding has increased.
