According to Saitama Prefecture, the Suganuma River flowing through Saitama City exceeded the “flooding dangerous water level” at the Jugojo Bridge Observatory in Kita-ku, Saitama City at 2:20 pm.
Saitama Prefecture is calling for strict alerts by issuing "inundation risk information" as the risk of flooding has increased greatly.
