Yamagata Tsuruoka Fujishima River inundation dangerous water level October 13th 1:53
According to Yamagata Prefecture, the Fujishima River exceeded the danger level of flooding at around 1:25 am on the 13th at the Fujishima Observatory in Tsuruoka City.
Yamagata Prefecture is calling for strict vigilance as the risk of flooding is increasing.
