Former Deputy Director General Heihachiro Ono of the Ministry of Finance was arrested in May this year for hitting a passenger on the Tokyu Den-en-toshi Line running in Tokyo.



According to the Ministry of Finance, on the 25th, he was summarily indicted at the Tokyo Summary Court for injury.



In response to this, the Ministry of Finance announced that the former General Counselor had been given a disciplinary action of 1/10 salary reduction and 9 months as of the 25th.



The former Counselor General has been dismissed to the Minister's Secretariat after the incident.
