A few years ago, the Franco-Swiss singer Nicoletta gave concerts in Fleury-Mérogis with an association.

In the audience, Booba, one of the greatest French rappers, listened to him attentively.

It was only a little later that the two stars met again and that he told him this confidence.

Who would think that two stars of French music so opposed could know each other?

However, Booba and Nicoletta met, a few years ago, in a rather atypical way.

This is what the singer told Philippe Vandel's microphone on Monday in

on Europe 1. "I sang in prisons at the time, through an association, because I think that in prison there are not only bad people ”, she detailed.

"There are people out there awaiting trial who are often not guilty."

"And even for people who are bruised by life and who messed up, you have to go sing there from time to time," continues Nicoletta.

"I did the five Fleury-Mérogis buildings, men and women, which makes ten concerts anyway."

In the audience that came to listen to him was a certain Élie Yaffa, better known under the name of Booba.

"We know each other from Fleury"

It was not until some time later that the rapper crossed paths with Nicoletta again, during an NTM concert which the singer was attending.

"Behind the scenes, there was a handsome young man (because he is quite Booba, he looks all the same) who tells me that we know each other. I then ask him from where and he 'Fleury' answers me. I told her 'you're out, it didn't do much to you then' ", she laughs.

"I had sung [at Fleury] two months before."

The interpreter says he asked his companion who was this young man who came to speak to him.

"I knew Booba by name, but not his songs," she says.

His great friendship with JoeyStarr

And when asked if she would like to do a duet with the rapper, Nicoletta responds with a smile: "No! I only devoted myself to JoeyStarr", referring to a duet released in 2012, on her album
