Drama narrowly avoided at Bercy this Monday evening. According to information from Europe 1, a 20-year-old individual showed up at the artists' entrance to the Accor Arena while Italian singer Laura Pausini was performing. The young man, who asked to "see Booba", then fired 14 times with a handgun at the windows of the concert hall. He was finally arrested and taken into custody. No injuries were noted.

More fear than harm for the security agents at the Accor Arena at Paris-Bercy, the famous performance hall. Monday evening, while Italian singer Laura Pausini was performing in front of thousands of fans, a 20-year-old individual presented himself at the artists' entrance. Virulently, the man then asked to “see Booba”, a famous French rapper appreciated by the younger generation.

A handgun found

Driven out by the two security guards present, the man then appeared threatening, drawing a 7.65mm caliber handgun. According to information from Europe 1, the latter then fired 14 times at the windows of the performance hall, without causing any injuries. The two security guards, although threatened with death by the perpetrator of the shots, managed to make him put away his weapon and arrest him.

Quickly dispatched, the police arrested the 20-year-old young man, not without difficulty. In total, 18 7.65 caliber cases were discovered on the ground. A switchblade knife, a screwdriver, cannabis resin and 300 euros in cash were found on the suspect. According to the first elements of the investigation collected by the police-justice service of Europe 1, the individual did not seem to enjoy all his mental faculties. The two security guards filed a complaint. The perpetrator was taken into custody.
