  Private educational institutions that have difficulty in running schools due to the impact of the epidemic situation may apply for the deferral of housing provident funds from February to June 2020.

  For private education institutions that meet the conditions and whose layoff (reduce) rate is not higher than 5.5%, 100% of the unemployment insurance premiums paid by the institution and its employees in the previous year will be refunded. Private education institutions with a layoff (reduce) rate higher than 5.5% will be refunded at 70%. Private educational institutions with less than 500 employees (inclusive) or less can be returned directly at 100%.

  The non-stop supply of water, electricity and gas is in arrears, and no late fees will be charged. At present, private education institutions that implement industrial water and natural gas prices will have their prices reduced by 10% from January 1 to June 30, 2020. For electricity, water, and gas used by private educational institutions, measures such as “non-stop supply of arrears” shall be implemented. Within three months after the end of the epidemic, the agency shall make up for all the overdue expenses and be exempt from late fees.
