New year-old girls and teens can apply for a sanitary napkin.

Today (2nd), the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family announced that it is possible to apply for the purchase of sanitary napkins from January 1, 2009 and apply immediately after the month of application. The beneficiaries are those who receive livelihood, medical, housing, and education benefits under the National Basic Living Security Act, the lower classes of the statutory, and 11-18 year old females who are eligible for support under the Single-parent Family Support Act.

Youth yourself or your guardian can apply at the Youth Center, Eupyeong-myeon, Dong-dong, or go to the Welfare Center (www.bokjiro.go.kr).

Purchasing rights can be obtained by first obtaining a National Happiness Card and then selecting online and offline affiliated stores by card company. If you already have a national happiness card, you can use the existing card without a new one.
The Ministry of leisure said, "We have expanded our purchasing locations so that women and teens living in rural areas where lack of convenience stores or convenience stores can use the ticket conveniently. Currently, it is available in more than 2,800 Nonghyup Hanaro Mart."

Once a purchase pass is registered, you do not have to reapply as long as your eligibility changes and you will receive support by the end of the year when you reach 18 years of age. The amount of support is KRW 11,000 per month, which is 500 won higher than last year, divided into two periods in the first and second half, and paid for 6 months (KRW 66,000).
