Every morning, Jean Zeid delivers the best in terms of innovation.

This Wednesday, he is interested in the “Coup de push” card which allows employees to take concrete action through everyday use such as the restaurant voucher.

This Wednesday morning, restaurant vouchers can also support agricultural projects.

This is the promising idea of a Lyon start-up and its card called Coup de Pousse, a card that it offers to businesses and which allows agricultural projects to be financed via a dedicated fund.

The project began in March 2022, a project which obtained national accreditation in the summer of 2023 in partnership with Groupama Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes which has been associated since the beginning.

Its founder, for real, is called Sophia Akhmatova, she is 26 years old.

The idea behind its Coup de push card is to allow employees to take concrete action through everyday use such as the restaurant voucher.

Give us some examples of projects to develop?

this could be, for example, to diversify their activities or strengthen their facilities.

This can take the form of a creation project, such as that supported by Coup de push of a local collective dairy, organic and close to zero waste, supported by five producers.

But it can also be to deal with a heatwave or torrential rain.

Whether to diversify or to face the direct consequences of global warming, all this comes at a significant cost and which is not always financed by the banks.

This is where Coup de Pousse comes in.

Exactly, and above all, this takes the form of a meal voucher card like the others.

Employees can use it every day with a limit.

Coup de push adds a layer of commitment by offering to finance sustainable agriculture projects or establishing partnerships with businesses that support the short circuit, for example.

Employees can follow the funded projects on the application linked to the card, which works like any other restaurant voucher support.

But is this money the employee who gives it via their restaurant vouchers?

No, the amount allocated to employees is not affected.

The start-up will seek the additional financial boost from businesses, even if it also encourages “solidarity rounding” and donations from employees.

The start-up already has 250 card holders.

The goal is to reach 10,000 users this year.
