Since Monday March 4, in Catalonia, all

women

can obtain reusable hygienic protection free of charge in pharmacies.

Marien Marin, pharmacist in the Les Corts district of Barcelona, explains the three options to choose from to a customer: “

The panties, you wash them and they can last between one and five years.
Or you have reusable napkins too.
Or otherwise the menstrual cup.
