Mårten Schultz is an expert on internet-related violations. According to him, the section of the Trial on Attention Laws does not constitute such an offense.

- Collecting these sound clips and cutting them together in the legal sense does not constitute a violation, although I understand that from a human point of view it can be offensive to a survivor of someone who has been killed, he says.

He believes that the problem is complex and that a pod regulatory framework would be needed.

- The trial podium is more complex than the impression one gets from the image that SVT gives. But there is definitely a big problem with shrink pads that wander around in murder cases. The trial pod probably needs to be tightened up. I think the review is very important, he says.
