Mr. Shinnosuke Nagashima (27), a self-proclaimed employee of a house repair company in Tokyo, was arrested.

According to the police, suspect Nagashima visited the home of a 77-year-old woman in Chiba City, who was damaged by a typhoon No. 15, on the 10th of this month. It has been suspected of violating the Specified Commercial Transaction Law, forcing it to make a contract forcibly even though the woman refused.

The woman was paid a repair fee of 250,000 yen, and the police proceeded with the investigation based on the company name etc. listed in the contract, and arrested suspect Nagashima.

The police have not revealed whether Nagashima is suspected.
