According to Gao Xiangqi, Nandi Village is bordered by Qingxian County in the north and Huanghua in the east, which is the junction of the three places, and the current selenium-rich rice field was originally a large alkali beach in the south of the village, with a layer of alkali gaba on the ground, and in previous years it was a place where farmers scraped alkali and boiled salt. Since 2018, Nandi Village has successfully planted selenium-rich rice by using the nearby Canglang Canglang canal water source and using flood irrigation to reduce the salt content in the soil.
