Therefore, after learning of the idea of the Jinhua Municipal Committee of the Democratic Construction Association to build the Zhejiang Democratic Construction Member Home in Dongye in the form of collective fundraising, Lu Senjun offered to contribute to the construction alone.

He hopes to give full play to the positive role of "Village Overseas Chinese House", and on the basis of the original Sen Yuanqu Music B&B, introduce music health care, music camping, music production and other projects into Dongye, and build Dongye Village into the first village of Chinese music, making it a "field of hope" for music creators and villagers to become rich.
