It was already last year that Melodifestivalen decided to change the name of Andra chansen to Semifinal.
This year, they have chosen to make more changes.
In the past, the eight entries have been divided into two groups where you only compete against those who are in the same group.
Now the groups are abolished and everyone competes against everyone.
- About an hour into the program, the viewers will find out which four are the best.
