The shortage of certain drugs is taking hold in France.

It now extends to amoxicillin, one of the most prescribed antibiotics in France, especially for children, forcing health authorities to take emergency measures.

These notably require rationing, limiting the quantity that each pharmacy can order, and also call on doctors and patients to use these antibiotics only if necessary.

Because, they have no interest against the epidemic of bronchiolitis, of viral origin, which is currently raging in France, for example.

This risk of shortage is part of a broader context where the authorities have already been forced in recent months to restrict the use of certain drugs;

supply tensions, even shortages, are particularly numerous at the moment.

of winter viruses
