Jennifer Aniston announces the death of her father with a poignant tribute

announced on Instagram the death of his father, John, paying a moving tribute to him.

Born in Crete in 1933, Yannis Anastassakis had changed his name when he arrived in the United States in 1935, when his father had decided that the whole family had to become American.

“Dear Dad…John Anthony Aniston.

You were one of the most beautiful humans I have ever known.

I'm so grateful that you left for heaven in peace - and without pain.

And November 11, too!

You always had perfect timing.

This number will always have an even greater meaning for me now. I will love you until the end of time.

Don't forget to visit us, ”wrote the actress in the caption of a series of photos where she poses (from birth until today) alongside her dad.

, the cult soap opera in which he played Victor Kiriakis since 1985. A role he played to his death.
