The actor names two of his friends,
Lisa Ferguson and Robin Ruzan
, as executors of his estate and heirs to his father, John Perry, his mother, Suzanne Morrison, his half-sister, Caitlin Morrison and his ex-girlfriend
Rachel Dunn
, with who was in a relationship between Perry dated Dunn from 2003 to 2005. In his last wills he has ruled out his other four half-siblings (three from his mother's second marriage and another sister from his father's second wife) as beneficiaries
