  The Beijing News reporter learned from Yuanyang Housing and Urban-rural Construction Bureau that the unit concerned had not obtained a construction permit and was ordered to suspend work for rectification three days ago. A document from the original Xing Subdistrict Office showed that the street had issued a special governance action notice in the field of construction, and the governance continued from April 10 to May 8.
