Experts have warned against sending text messages via the "SMS" service in the phones, and called for replacing them with other means protected and secure and difficult to penetrate Kwatsab.

Experts said that the message goes through several steps and stages before it reaches the receiving party.

When an SMS message is sent, it travels to the cell tower via a path called the control channel, then makes its way to the SMSC, which sends it back to the tower closest to the recipient, then arrives at the phones, exposing the phones to the risk of hacking and data theft.

Quatsab applications hide data by converting it into symbols and following online protocols that protect it from penetration.
