Rapper Black M is back with a third album, Once upon a time . Six years after Eyes bigger than the world (diamond disc) and three years after Eternal Dissatisfied (platinum double disc), the artist hopes to experience the same success, as he explains in Media Culture on Europe 1.
School bullying
"The original idea was to tell stories," says Black M. The title of the album - Once upon a time - was obvious. "I had a lot of themes hanging out after the end of my second tour," says the artist. Among them, that of school bullying in the song Lucien . "I did not live it, but I have a lot of young people on my social networks and I get messages from them, sometimes some people are harassed at school and it can go far. on the brink of suicide, "says the rapper.
Sexion assault : "unity is strength"
For Once upon a time , Black M surrounded himself with his friends Sexion assault , group in which he officiated until 2013. "They have participated a lot in the writing of my album," says the rapper, " the union is strength and we know each other very well so we are cash between us. "
Rumors often point to a return of the Assault Sexion for a new record. Due to different agendas and solo careers, fans have been waiting for this opus for over six years now. A new album is well in preparation, but Black M prefers to say immediately: "it will not be for now."
