The Kanazawa Summary Court issued a summary order for a fine of 50,<> yen to a company executive who was sent documents for opening a so-called "spoiler site" for manga and making it possible to view manga dialogue posted on a major publisher's app on the Internet without permission.

The person who received the summary order was a 45-year-old company executive from Kanazawa City who runs a company in Tokyo's Shibuya Ward, which ran the manga's "spoiler site."

In February last year, the Fukuoka Prefectural Police Headquarters sent documents to the Fukuoka Prefectural Police Headquarters on suspicion of violating the Copyright Act for making almost all the lines and texts explaining the story of the two episodes of the manga "Kengan Omega" published on the app of the major publisher "Shogakukan" available on the Internet without permission.

The case was subsequently transferred to the Public Prosecutor's Office in Kanazawa, and the company executive was summarily prosecuted, but the Kanazawa Summary Court issued a summary order for a fine of 2,2 yen to the company executive by the 11th.
