«Zoskina zapravka»

The drama takes place in one night. The main character Zosya - an ordinary gas station worker - dreams of great love and bright adventures. One day she gets everything she has wanted for so long, but there is a high probability that she will not be happy.

The authors of the film promise that while watching "Zoskina Refueling" viewers will be able to experience a wide range of emotions - melancholy, resentment, sadness, love and so on.

The director was Natalia Uglitskikh. Among her other works are "On the Hook!", "Citizen Katerina" and "Melody of Love". According to Uglitsky, this is a film about women whose actions are driven by emotions.

"The script captivated me with a twisted plot, in which the central role is for a woman. In a sealed story, a series of sincere and bold actions of the heroine unfolds. This is an honest story about a woman who is driven by feelings, regardless of the legality of actions or rules created by society. The story and its heroine rhyme with me: a woman surrounded by men who play their cruel and dangerous games. Men are waiting to see whose side she will take. As a result, Zosya chooses his side, "Komsomolskaya Pravda quotes the director.

The main role was played by the star of "Real Boys" Zoya Berger. The film also starred Grigory Siyatvinda, Alexander Samoilenko, Wolfgang Cerny and Nikandr Kiryanov.

"Waves"

Former film critic, and now director Mikhail Brashinsky shot a dystopian drama about the search for meaning in life. Previously, the filmmaker worked on such projects as "Killing Force", "Ice" and "Shopping Tour".

According to Brashinsky, this picture is primarily about love.

"It all started with the story of a man who is so intolerable to live in this world that he gives up everything and goes to live in the forest. But it wasn't enough, not enough. That's how the sect was born. Then love. Now, for me, it's primarily a love story. Strange, unformatted, impossible in part, but still love, "the director said in an interview with the portal "Session".

The main character Oleg led a normal life and did not take into account the mental disorder of his wife Olga. When she committed suicide, the hero dropped everything and went where the eyes look. So he found himself in a brave new world in the forest, in the society of sectarians.

It's a community hidden from the rest of the world by a wire fence, in which people find meaning, and which one no one says. Everything in it looks the same: identical houses, similarly dressed people. They have nothing to share and live in harmony: they dine together, sing by the fire, raise cattle for sale. After living in the community for several days, Oleg still does not find any meaning. Locals begin to think that the hero is not given to find answers to painful questions. They believe that Oleg should go where he came from. He will have to sacrifice a lot to remain himself.

The central roles were played by Vladislav Abashin and Victoria Tolstoganova.

"Doctor"

The action of the drama takes place in the psychoneurological department for teenagers, where completely different patients lie: one lives in the virtual world of games and considers himself a Being, the father of the other instilled in him the idea of the superiority of one race over the rest, the third is constantly silent and hates the world around him.

Psychiatrist Ivan Khristoforov hopes to find an approach to each of the mentally ill and help them. He prefers not just to give children pills, but to treat them with the help of communication. At the same time, Khristoforov is trying day after day not to drown in the flow of his own depressive thoughts.

The film was directed by Artem Temnikov (No comment, "Blood"). It was based on Maria Anufrieva's novel Doctor X and His Children. According to the writer, she is glad that her characters have screen prototypes.

"The literary characters got their embodiment in the film, well, almost one-on-one. For me, it was just a miracle and a fairy tale. Naturally, thanks to both the director and the producer, the whole team that worked, and, of course, Sergey Puskepalis, who is just the embodied doctor Khristoforov, "the network publication "Watch" quotes Maria Anufrieva.

Psychiatrist Khristoforov was played by Sergei Puskepalis. This is one of the last roles of the artist. The cast also included Olga Tsirsen, Denis Loginov, Veronika Ustimova, Igor Chernevich, Elena Susanina and Roman Konoplyov.

Children from orphanages in Yaroslavl and Pereslavl-Zalessky took part in the filming of the film.

Stars at Noon

The main character of the tape is the American freelance journalist Trish, who is stuck in Nicaragua without a passport, housing and finances. In desperation, she uses her body to earn money, and also resorts to some tricks to help her survive and curry favor with the local authorities. All she wants is to break out of this country.

Trish finds customers in the bar of an expensive hotel. One evening, she meets an Englishman, Daniel. Unlike other men, she likes this one. The characters grow closer, and Trish realizes that Daniel is in even greater danger than she is.

The film was directed by Claire Denis ("White Material", "High Society", "With Love and Fury"). The main roles were played by Joe Alvin ("The Favourite", "Erased Personality") and Margaret Qualley ("Goodfellas", "Once Upon a Time in... Hollywood", "The Cleaner. The Story of a Single Mother").
