[Explanation] After the Spring Festival, the famous "garment village" in Guangzhou ushered in a new wave of recruitment.
On the narrow streets of Kangle Village, Haizhu District, tricycles transporting cloth kept coming and going. The owners of garment factories stood on both sides of the road eagerly waiting for workers to come to inquire. , Ironing workers, etc. are the most in short supply positions.
[Explanation] In November last year, the Kanglu area (Kangle Village and Lujiang Village) was the most severely affected area in Guangzhou. Many garment factory owners and workers returned home early.
At the beginning of the new year, practitioners have returned to Guangzhou one after another, and some factories have received orders, ushering in a "good start".

Now the business is good, but the (garment) parking space is a little tight.
At the beginning, it started on the tenth day of the lunar new year.
Now there are more than a dozen (workers), including long-term and temporary workers. The work has not stopped until now, and the business should be better this year.
[Explanation] It is understood that the Zhongda Textile Business District is a representative of Guangzhou's fashion industry. It currently gathers 62 professional markets, employs more than 300,000 people, and has an annual transaction volume of more than 200 billion yuan (RMB).
There are a large number of small garment factories in the Kanglu area of the Zhongda textile business circle, which absorb a large number of migrant workers with their unique "part-time work piecework" model.
Mr. Gao, who has been working in Kangle Village for more than ten years, told reporters that the Kangle Village area is like the capillaries of Guangzhou's garment industry. Countless ready-made garments are transported from here to all parts of the country every day.

We are a conjoined business district with a series of stalls in Zhongda, Kangle and Lujiang.
If the goods are pre-sold this morning, and the goods are sold, then the stall owner may order fabrics and accessories at Zhongda University, and then place an order at our factory. The factory can say the fastest, and the goods can be delivered (made) in one day. Come out, make it so that it can be sent (through) logistics to all parts of the country.
In my estimation, there will definitely be a new upward trend in the garment industry.
[Explanation] Ms. Wang, who is looking for a workshop job in Kangle Village, said that the epidemic broke out in Guangzhou in November last year. After the quarantine ended, she returned to her hometown in Hubei. On the eighth day of the first month of this year, she took the bus to Guangzhou and wanted to come here earlier to earn more money.

I have been doing it intermittently for three or four years. Sometimes the business is not good, so I don’t do it. People generally have an off-season, and some factories can still do it if there is no off-season.
I found three, and this is the third one.
[Explanation] Mr. Wu from Guangzhou Shisanhang Clothing Wholesale Market recently went to Kangle Village to find a cooperative garment factory.
He told reporters that since the opening of his shop on the eighth day of the first lunar month, the business has been relatively stable, and it can sell at least more than 1,000 pieces of clothes a day.
Since the factories we cooperated with before couldn't keep up with the shipment, I went to Kangle Village to find a few more factories.

We specialize in making short skirts and shorts. We have to find some factories that meet our standards, and the single quantity is more than 1,000 pieces.
The market should be quite optimistic this year, and it is still possible.
[Explanation] Although the business in the Zhongda textile business circle is booming, due to factors such as industrial adjustment, resource constraints, and factor costs, the market has reached saturation.
Right now, Guangzhou and Qingyuan are working together to promote the orderly transfer of the textile and garment industry.
The reporter saw near Lujiang Village that there was a bus bound for Qingyuan parked on the side of the road. There was a banner on the bus to recruit tailors, and people came to consult one after another.
According to Zou Yumei, the person in charge of the site, Guangqing Textile and Garment Transfer Industrial Park has recently arranged for buses to pick up workers and bosses who are interested in visiting and investing in the park.
Compared with the garment factory in the Kanglu area, the factory in this industrial park is larger in scale, the orders are relatively stable, and workers can move in with their bags for free.

They first go to the industrial park to visit and inspect, to get familiar with it, to see the environment, and to understand.
