According to the weatherman, next night precipitation is possible in the Oryol and Tula regions, closer to the morning the Voronezh and Ryazan regions, as well as the southern and eastern regions of the Moscow region, will fall into the zone of supercooled precipitation.
“On Wednesday afternoon, the zone of freezing rains and famines will stretch in a strip from south to north, through the Voronezh, Lipetsk, Ryazan, Vladimir and Ivanovo regions, and will also touch the east of the Moscow region.
Toward evening, freezing precipitation will reach the Yaroslavl and Kostroma regions, ”he added.
