Tourism Five of the most beautiful towns in Spain to escape in autumn
Ranking These are the best airlines of 2022, according to the 'Oscars' of the skies
Any time is good to pack.
Therefore, below, we present a selection of plans to spend a few days traveling with good excuses.
DESIGN BARCELONA
Its owners, a family saga that is now in its fourth generation, wanted the guest to feel as if this were
their home in Barcelona.
And they have achieved it with the inauguration of Casa Antiga Buenavista, the new trendy boutique hotel in Barcelona, located in the Sant Antoni neighborhood, right in the center.
There, in 1918, the great-grandparents of the current owners,
Mr. Mateu and Mrs. Conchita
, opened the Buenavista restaurant, which has been standing for 70 years.
Today, the entire building, from 1873 and
in a pre-modernist style
, has become an urban oasis of design in which the old and the contemporary merge in its
43 rooms .
as well as in its cozy lobby, located in what used to be the mezzanine, in its private rooms or in its eating house, a
gourmet tribute
to its ancestors.

ADVENTURE IN THE SWISS ALPS
Anyone who wants to release adrenaline through hiking, glacier canyoning,
kayaking
or caving can aim for this bucolic destination in Switzerland: the Jungfrau region.
Located in the heart of the Alps,
Interlaken
is located there , known as the European capital of adventure.
Hence the outdoor activities between lakes, mountains and valleys are counted by dozens.
In addition, it is proud to have the highest train station on the Old Continent,
Top of Europe
, located at more than 3,400 meters of altitude.
Getting to it, however, is easy, as it has a good number of cable cars and ski lifts that make the ascent easier.
On the other hand, one of the most impressive views of the region is located in
the Harder Kulm mountain
, which is accessible via a funicular from Interlaken.
Another plan: discover the
caves of San Beatus
, with incredible shapes and colours.

GASTRONOMIC GALICIA
Until December 18 there is time to get to know the 16th edition of the Gastronomic Autumn in
Rural Tourism of Galicia,
an opportunity to discover its most characteristic dishes.
The protagonists are the rural houses of the region, which offer
two menus
designed exclusively with products with Denomination of Origin, Protected Geographical Indication or certified organic production.
In addition, the complete Gastronomic Autumn Weekend
package is available
to enjoy the menu and a
stay in the chosen house
.
Then there would be
Autumn Plus
, with complementary activities designed by the establishments such as
horseback riding
, canoeing, hiking, cultural visits, excursions...
Grilled Galician sardines.
THE LEGEND OF STONEHENGE
Its telluric forces, its sacred character for the druids, its use as an astronomical observatory to predict equinoxes and eclipses... Even its supposed creation by the
magician Merlin
.
All the fabulous history linked to the archaeological site of Stonehenge, in the
English county of Wiltshire
, makes it one of the most visited monuments in the world.
For this reason, today it is hard to think that until 1977 it could be climbed.
The
legends
around it continue with the origin of the rocks that make it up, weighing more than 75 tons each, since it is thought that they were moved by man from Wales.
Admission: 19.5 pounds (about 22 euros).

PREMIERE IN MALAGA
The architect
Rafael Moneo
and the decorator Lázaro Rosa Violán are the stars of the H10 Croma hotel in Málaga, recently inaugurated in the heart of the historic center of the city, on Hoyo de Esparteros street.
The new accommodation, with
138 rooms
, stands on the old (and emblematic)
La Mundial pension.
Not surprisingly, in homage to this 19th century building, one of the hotel bars is named after this and in it you can taste typical dishes from the South such as
fried
fish or salad.
