Raising awareness of the importance of the real estate sector is one of the most important strategic plans that maintain the renewal of investment demand in the future, and constantly improve its conditions.
Awareness must begin with our young children, and inform them of the importance of real estate investment, which is characterized by preserving savings and assets, as it is a good store of value, away from the risks of other assets.
Real estate investment must be encouraged in the early stages of childhood, and always work to instill the importance of real estate, whether to work in this sector, or highlight its importance as one of the best means of investment that the vast majority of people accept.
Here I am reminded of an incident that happened to me when a young woman asked me that she wanted to enter real estate investment, but she had difficulty convincing her family, who were rejecting this sector, and instead they advised her to buy a car, because she might fail because she was not familiar with all aspects of the real estate sector.
This is not true at all.
The awareness aspect in the real estate sector has developed in an unprecedented way, and there are many channels through which you can know the market movements, the level of prices, and the best areas and places for real estate investment, especially in the Emirate of Dubai, which offers unprecedented opportunities.
There are many real estate companies that enjoy the trust of customers, and this can be monitored through their reactions on social networking sites, or the precedent of business that is thriving with many successes, which could be the beginning of dealing with these companies, and it is also possible to seek the help of experienced people who have licenses To deal in the sale and purchase of real estate.
Orienting young people to the real estate culture, how to follow the market, and learning its basics at an early age, increases experience in knowing attractive opportunities and seizing them when the appropriate conditions are available.
Undoubtedly, full real estate awareness to build a professional real estate market that adopts professional ethics in dealing and real estate knowledge enhances the individual's capabilities in investing, knowing his legal rights and how to read contracts, and not falling prey to unfair contracts that do not take into account his rights.
I believe that the dissemination of real estate information to support investment and reduce ambiguity in the market situation is required to enhance the standards of transparency and clarity within the real estate market in Dubai, in order to maintain the good reputation that the market has reached as one of the best and preferred safe real estate havens around the world.
