It turned out that the Tokyo Metropolitan Public Safety Commission had issued an order to stop selling adult products to two stores in Tokyo this month for selling obscene magazines.

Mandarake's Shibuya and Nakano stores, which operate used bookstores, were ordered to suspend sales.

Regarding the two stores, in May, the president and four employees in their 50s were sent documents for selling obscene magazines in the store, and then the prosecution was postponed.

According to the Metropolitan Police Department, the Tokyo Metropolitan Public Safety Commission ordered two stores to stop selling products such as adult magazines on the 11th of this month based on the Entertainment Business Law.

The period is 180 days from November 18th, and this is the first time that the Tokyo Public Safety Commission has issued an order to stop selling adult products.

"Mandarake" has made efforts to perceive the magazine as a history of the manners and customs of the Showa era and preserve it for future generations, but the paperwork has been sent to the public prosecutor's office, leading to non-prosecution. I would like to ask the common sense of the world whether it is necessary to issue an administrative sanction."
