China News Agency, Beijing, November 11 (Reporter Chen Su) The reporter learned from the China Meteorological Administration on the 11th that as the strong cold air continues to move eastward and southward, from the 11th to the 13th, the central and eastern parts of China will usher in large-scale rain and snow Cool weather, with local cooling exceeding 14°C.

Beginning on November 8, a strong cold air began to affect China from west to east from Xinjiang.

The Central Meteorological Observatory predicts that in the next three days, the cold air will continue to bring rain and snow to the central and eastern regions of China, and the 11th and 12th will be the main precipitation periods.

Among them, there were moderate rains in parts of eastern Northwest China, most of North China, central and western Liaoning, central Jilin, and southern Huanghuai. Among them, there were heavy rains in parts of northeastern Hebei, Tianjin, western Liaoning, and southern Jilin.

On the morning of the 11th, the Central Meteorological Observatory issued a blue blizzard warning. It is expected that from 8:00 on the 11th to 8:00 on the 12th, there will be heavy snow in parts of central and southeastern Inner Mongolia, western Jilin, and eastern Qinghai, and there will be local blizzards (10 mm to 18 mm), the new snow depth in some of the above-mentioned areas is 3 to 6 cm, and the local area can reach more than 8 cm.

In addition to rain and snow, this round of cold air will bring significant cooling to the central and eastern regions.

The Central Meteorological Observatory predicts that from the 10th to the 13th, the average temperature in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River and most of its northern regions will drop by 4°C to 8°C, and the central and southeastern Inner Mongolia, Liaoning, Jilin, and southeastern Heilongjiang will drop by 10°C to 14°C. Local cooling is more than 14 ℃.

The temperature in the south has been relatively high recently, with the highest temperature in some parts of the south reaching 30 ℃.

Affected by this round of cold air, it is expected that from the 12th, the cold air will affect the eastern part of the southwest region, Jianghan, Jianghuai, Jiangnan and other places successively, and the process will be accompanied by light to moderate rain.

Affected by the combined influence of cold air and rainfall, the temperature in the southern region will gradually drop, with the average temperature dropping by 4°C to 8°C, and the temperature in some areas such as Hubei and Hunan can reach about 10°C.

Taking Changsha as an example, the highest temperature from the 10th to the 12th is around 30℃, and it will drop to around 15℃ on the 14th.

Meteorological experts reminded that this round of cold air has brought a wide range of rain and snow to the north, and there is a phase transition of rain and snow in some areas. Inner Mongolia, Hebei, Liaoning, Jilin, Heilongjiang, Shaanxi, Shanxi and other places may have more precipitation than the same period in history. The extreme value has a certain extreme, and the public should pay attention to prevent the adverse effects of snow and ice, low visibility, etc. on traffic travel.

This weekend (12th and 13th), the central and eastern parts of the country will also experience cooling in succession. Among them, the focus of cooling mainly occurs in the Northeast, Jianghan, Jianghuai and Jiangnan regions. Due to the obvious warming in the early stage, the cumulative maximum temperature in many places has dropped significantly. Need to add clothes in time to keep warm.
