Yesterday, Noura Al Kaabi, accompanied by the Egyptian Minister of Culture, Dr. Nevin Al Kilani, toured the corridors and pavilions of the Museum of Egyptian Modern Art, and got acquainted with its holdings and the treasures and distinguished works of art from different generations and time periods, which dates back to the idea of ​​its establishment in 1972 as one of the most important Egyptian and Arab museums.

This came as part of the participation of Noura Al Kaabi and her accompanying delegation in the celebration activities “Egypt and the Emirates are One Heart”, which was organized over three days in the capital, Cairo, to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the inauguration of relations between the two countries, with the participation of a large group of ministers of the governments of the two countries, and a number of personalities Officials from the business, culture, thought and media sectors.

During the visit, Noura Al Kaabi praised the warm reception and good organization of the museum, noting that the interest in these artistic edifices reflects Egypt's position and strategic importance as an incubator of knowledge and human creativity in the region.

She said, "The (UAE and Egypt is One Heart) celebration contributes to strengthening the bonds and joint relations between the two brotherly countries, which, over five decades, have contributed to laying the foundations for a more cooperative and open future in various vital fields and sectors."

After the visit, Noura Al Kaabi toured the Mohamed Mahmoud Khalil Museum and his wife, and was received by the head of the plastic arts sector, Dr. Khaled Sorour, and a number of sector leaders. The directors and trustees of the two museums gave a full explanation of the history of the two buildings and the most important works displayed from the art holdings that house them.
