Kim Kardashian ended up speaking out about her ex-husband's explosive remarks.
Since wearing a “White Lives Matter” t-shirt at Fashion Week, Kanye West has launched into more and more outrageous statements, notably attacking the Jewish community, which he considers responsible for all its ills - or almost.
The mother of her four children, who has remained discreet since the start of the cycle of controversy, decided that it was time for her to speak up.
“Hate speech is never acceptable or excusable.
I stand in solidarity with the Jewish community and demand that the terrible violence and hateful rhetoric towards them end immediately,” the reality TV star posted on Twitter.
Note that Kim Kardashian is careful not to quote or name Kanye West.
Avoid the clash
It must be said that the interpreter of
Donda
has made it difficult to criticize him publicly without taking a flurry of insults and threats.
The rapper did not hesitate to regularly take his ex-wife to task, accusing her and her family of racism, and of having exploited her image during their marriage.
Even Khloé Kardashian, the most "cash" of the sisters who does not hesitate to put her former brother-in-law in her place, was rather reserved.
Like her big sister, she did not quote Kanye West when she reposted, on Twitter, this message from author Jessica Seinfeld: “I support my Jewish friends and the Jewish people”.
