Most people experience rebellion and the start of their careers in their teens or as young adults.

Not so North West, daughter of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West.

At a public listening party in Phoenix, where her father's current work was heard, she announced that she was currently working on her own album.

This is reported, among others, by the industry magazine “Billboard”.

North is ten years old, but in her address to the audience of around 1,000 rapt Kanye West fans, she spoke like an old hand for whom going into the studio and producing songs is completely normal.

The title is already known: “Elementary School Dropout”.

Rebellious and career-conscious

Does the precocious celebrity child test resistance to the given educational path?

Or is it just a nod to its equally famous and infamous father?

His debut album from 2004 was titled “College Dropout”.

At that time, Kanye West was considered the innovator of hip-hop, today he is more of a will-o'-the-wisp of the scene: In recent years, he has repeatedly drawn attention to himself with anti-Jewish remarks.

On his album “Vultures 1,” released in February, he mocked those who, for good reasons, call him an anti-Semite.

Daughter North also made her debut in the music business on the controversial work;

In the track “Talking” you can hear her doing a rap interlude.

Nepo baby alarm

Celebrity experts know: With her career plans, North West is a prime example of a so-called Nepo baby, i.e. a child who is favored by the prominence or influence of his parents in life and in his career.

The new rapper is already thinking in larger categories.

She recently told the US magazine “People” that she could imagine earning money as a basketball player later.

In any case, she will become an entrepreneur and take over her parents' business empires.

The rap thing is obviously just a temporary phase for the calm elementary school student.
