The breasts are generally associated with the symbol of the seduction of women.

To take good care of it on a daily basis, the beauty columnist Maud Ravier lists in the program "Bienfait pour vous" five tips to adopt, from the work of the pectorals to the application of essential oils, or even the use of a night cushion.

The breasts go through big hormonal upheavals and changes in weight, and this can create sagging breasts over time.

, Maud Ravier, beauty columnist, gives her advice on how to take care of this part of the body symbolizing femininity par excellence, on the occasion of the Pink October operation.

Work the pecs

As it is only fibrous and fatty tissues that make up the breasts, the columnist believes that the best way to highlight them is to work the pectorals.

"We can do push-ups (...). The posture of the back is important, we stand straight. And for those who jog, you have to maintain the bras very strongly", she explains to Julia Vignali and Melanie Gomez.

"Anything that works the pectorals is very effective. It can even swell the breast, and it's effective for small breasts," adds Maud Ravier.

Use essential oils

To take care of your skin, especially at the neckline, the columnist recommends massaging with daisy oil.

"It is known for its tensor, shaping effects on the chest, and you can add essential oils. Those of lemon boost the production of collagen and fix it in the tissues", notes the columnist on Europe 1.

Self-massage

"It is absolutely necessary to do self-massage", also advocates Maud Ravier.

"You have to massage yourself several times with circular movements. You have to do it standing up, and also while lying down because you can sometimes end up with small elongated balls, and when they straighten up, you no longer feel them. you really have to be careful about this: lengthen, straighten and look for the little balls. You have to remain vigilant", warns the columnist about the risk of breast cancer.

Use pulsed light

During summer periods, when the breasts enjoy sunbathing, Maud Ravier suggests using pulsed light in the event of excessive exposure.

"This eliminates stains and redness, the small vascularities that can be seen at the level of the neckline and which are not very pretty. For the vessels, it is very effective", supports the columnist, explaining the technique.

"It's a kind of light beam which turns into intense heat and which diminishes all these visible traces."

Slip in a night pad

Finally, Maud Ravier advises opting for a curious object, the night pad.

"It's great, it's essential for generous shapes," she says first.

"It's a little cushion made with silk, with lace, that you put between the breasts before going to bed. It's very sexy, very soft, and it completely removes wrinkles from the neckline", assures the columnist.
