Guest :

  • 150g dried white beans

  • 50g unrefined organic honey or sugar

  • 1 tablespoon of bitter cocoa 

The day before, start by soaking the white beans. 

The next day, cook the white beans in boiling water.

Drain the beans while keeping 15 cl of cooking water for a moist texture.

In a blender, mix the beans then place this cream in a saucepan

Add the sugar and the bitter cocoa and bring to the heat for 5 minutes This cream of beans will dry out little by little to obtain a very creamy texture. 

Can easily be stored for 1 week in the fridge.
