Que Shanghang is a volunteer in the field of spectator service for this series of events. Answering questions, reminding, and assisting the audience to do personal epidemic prevention, etc., has a huge workload, sometimes as long as 5 hours at a time.

This volunteer experience has not only cultivated her "strong heart", but also made her, who had some "social fear", become more active in coping with problems and communicating, and she has a deeper understanding of sports.

Que Shanghang recalled that every time the gymnast landed steadily, the audience would give out warm applause. When the players make mistakes, the audience will also encourage them with applause, and the true feelings conveyed in every moment make the volunteers moved.

　　Different from the spectator service in the stands, Xiang Runzhang is one of the volunteers closest to the stadium.

As a leading volunteer in the field of competition technology operation, it is necessary to raise placards and guide athletes to the designated venue. This is the position that has the most contact with athletes and coaches during the competition.

　　Although the volunteers were guided on the field for only a few minutes, they had undergone countless trainings behind the scenes, including manners and routes.

"The teacher has two requirements for us. During the guidance process, we must not bend our hands and keep smiling." Xiang Runzhang admitted that from waiting to watching the game, he was surrounded by so many eyes from cameras and spectators. Although the focus was on the athletes, But he couldn't let up for a moment when he was next to him. "The game was in full swing. We were as excited as the audience, but we had to keep smiling and sit up for a long time. After a whole day, it was inevitable that the back would hurt."

　　In addition, the volunteers who appeared in simple and elegant dresses during the award ceremony left a deep impression on many audiences with their bright smiles. They are volunteers from the field of sports display and award ceremony.

Lei Kezhi, who was in charge of guiding the athletes, told reporters that whenever he stood beside the podium, his sense of honor came spontaneously.

"Every time before we take the stage, the teacher will tell us to face the camera with the best posture and smile. Those smiles are from our hearts, and each of us feels honored and proud from the bottom of our hearts."
