Jennifer Lopez was worried about her marriage to Ben Affleck until the last minute.
As the singer wrote in her newsletter "On the JLo", in the days leading up to the vows, rain clouds had gathered over Affleck's home in southern Georgia, where the couple was married two weeks ago.
Only on the wedding day was the sky blue again.
Since the wedding party was also affected by a gastrointestinal virus, she feared going down the aisle.
In her article, the fifty-three-year-old also repeatedly alluded to the first planned wedding to the Oscar winner, which the couple canceled almost 20 years ago, just days before the date.
"Now some old wounds have been healed and the burden of the past has finally been lifted from our shoulders," the singer wrote alongside photos of her at her wedding dance with Ben Affleck and later at breakfast the morning after the wedding.
